Once a product is shipped, Rarity Rentals does not accept exchanges and/or cancellations.
You have 10 calendar days before the delivery date to cancel an order. Any fees associated with the cancelled order will be provided in store credit only to be used with Rarity Rentals.
End of Rental Term
Once we receive your item following the end of your rental term, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your end of rental term return after inspecting the item.
End of Rental return shipping instructions will be provided to you at the start of your rental booking.
If an item is shipped outside Canada, you will also be responsible for paying any applicable import taxes and/or additional shipping charges. Please note that at this time we do not ship outside of Canada.
If picking up or dropping off your rental, you can do so on the first and last day of your rental at our shipping location located at the following UPS Store:

Please remember you can only pick up and drop off at this location during the following business hours.
Monday - Friday 9:00am to 6:30pm
Saturday 10:00am - 3:45pm
Sundays - Closed

Late Return Fees
Rarity Rentals reserves the right to charge $15.00 CAD per day that an item is returned late. If you need some extra time with the item please contact us and we can try to work out and arrangement.
We reserve the right to make changes to this return and refund policy. Any changes to this policy will be posted on our Website.
